Quick Facts
WILD is a 3 month intensive whitewater leadership training program. Over the course of 90 days, WILD provides training and certification in the following 6 core elements:
1. Whitewater Kayaking
2. Paddle Raft Guiding
3. Whitewater Canoeing
4. Riverboarding
5. Swiftwater Rescue
6. Wilderness First Aid
Additional emphasis is placed on developing strong leadership skills and "Leave No Trace" wilderness ethics.
Successful WILD graduates will, upon completion of the course, gain the following certifications:
1. Whitewater Kayaking: Proficiency Levels A, B, C & Moving Water Instructor through Whitewater Ontario (WO) and Whitewater Canada (WWC)
2. Paddle Raft Guiding: Guide class III through the International Rafting Federation (IRF).
3. Whitewater Canoeing: ORCA Level 1 & 2 whitewater
4. Riverboarding: Trip Leader through Esprit
5. Swiftwater Rescue: Whitewater Rescue Technician 1
& 2 through Rescue 3 International
6. Wilderness First Aid: Wilderness First Responder through SOLO
7. LNT: Awareness and Trainer certification through LNT

Money Matters
Tuition: $9900.00 + taxes (applicable to the Canadian Portion of WILD only)
Deposit: $1000.00 due upon registration
1st Installment: 50% of remaining balance due 60 days prior to course commencement,
2nd Installment: Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to course commencement.
* Note: WILD is a registered Training Institute with the Federal Government of Canada. Ask your bank/financial institution regarding Student Loans and/or financing alternatives.
