1. Call our office at 1-800-596-7238 to tentatively reserve your trip date.
2. Collect a 50% deposit from your group.
3. Call our office within 7 days of your initial phone call to confirm your reservation. A 50% deposit will be taken at this time. We accept Visa, MC, Amex or personal cheques. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your trip date.
4. Reservations made within 30 days of trip date require full payment at the time of booking.

We offer a full refund up to 30 days prior to your trip date. There are no refunds within 30 days of your trip. Cancellation Protection: $20/person entitles you to a full refund within 30 days of your trip date.
